How do I care for my Coal Headwear beanie or hat?
To maintain the shape and quality of your headwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent and laying it flat to air dry. Avoid machine drying as it may cause shrinkage.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our products. All Coal Headwear items are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase with proof of receipt.
